Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
This is an English courtesy translation. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.
This notice describes how Linegon Srl processes the personal data of users who visit the website www.terabrain.ai(the “Site”), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the applicable Italian legislation. It does not cover the processing carried out within the TeraBrain application platform reserved for registered customers, to which dedicated notices provided at service activation apply.
1. Data controller
Linegon Srl
Via Garbini 15, 37135 Verona (VR) — Italy
VAT no. 05114530230
Email: info@linegon.com
Phone: +39 045 4370225
2. What data we process and where it comes from
2.1 Data provided voluntarily. The Site provides contact forms and a newsletter subscription form. These forms do not send data to a server of the Site: when submitted, the user’s email client opens, pre-filled, generating a normal email addressed to info@linegon.com. The data processed is therefore what the user chooses to enter (name, email, phone, message) and remains subject to the normal rules for handling business correspondence.
2.2 Usage data collected automatically. The Site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure traffic and page performance in aggregate form. By default, these tools do not use cookies and do not generate persistent identifiers traceable to an individual user. Further details are available in the Cookie Policy.
2.3 Google Fonts. The Site loads some typefaces from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading involves sending the browser’s IP address to Google when the page is displayed, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process data in order to: (a) reply to contact requests received by email, on the basis of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) send newsletter communications, on the basis of the consent given at subscription (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time; (c) measure use of the Site in aggregate and anonymous form to improve its features and performance, on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); (d) comply with legal obligations, where applicable.
4. Data retention
Emails received through the Site’s forms are kept in Linegon Srl’s business mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for the time required by any contractual, accounting or tax obligations. Aggregated analytics data does not allow identification of the individual user and does not require an individual retention period.
5. Disclosure of data and transfers outside the EU
We do not sell users’ personal data. Data may be processed by the following providers, acting as processors or independent controllers for the services they provide: Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics of the Site) and Google LLC (Google Fonts). These providers may process data also outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Newsletter and right to withdraw
Newsletter subscription takes place through a dedicated form on the Site. At the moment, subscription is not managed by an automatic sending platform: the form opens the user’s email client with a pre-filled message that must be sent manually to info@linegon.com; only after that message is actually sent is the user added manually to the recipient list. As there is not yet an automatic system, newsletter emails may for the time being not include an automatic unsubscribe link in every send. You can withdraw your consent and ask to be removed from the list at any time by writing to info@linegon.com; the request is handled within the time limits set by the applicable legislation. If in the future subscription is managed through a dedicated sending platform, this section will be updated to reflect the new process (which will include subscription confirmation and an automatic unsubscribe link in every email, as required by e-Privacy rules).
7. Cookies
For detailed information on the cookies and similar technologies used by the Site, and on how to manage your preferences, see the Cookie Policy.
8. Data subject rights
As a data subject, you have the right to ask at any time for access to your personal data, for their rectification or erasure, for restriction of the processing concerning you, to object to processing and to request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before withdrawal. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@linegon.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates the applicable legislation.
9. Minors
The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at the address above to have it removed.
10. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated over time, for example if the Site’s features or the applicable legislation change. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page.
