The Teacher Is an AI Agent: TeraBrain Courses Adapt to You in Real Time

AI Act, NIS2, operational AI Agents: TeraBrain has built courses where the teacher is not a recording but an Agent that talks, presents slides, comments like a real person and adapts to the participants' level. You can skip topics, ask questions, change pace. The course follows you — not the other way around.

An AI Agent teacher presenting interactive slides to a group of managers in a classroom

There is a structural problem in traditional corporate training: the course is the same for everyone. The manager who already knows everything about GDPR sits next to the colleague who has never heard of risk management, and the teacher — who has to finish the program — goes on anyway. The result is that those who already know get bored and those who do not fall behind.

TeraBrain has chosen a different approach. The training courses — on the AI Act, NIS2, operational AI Agents and AI management in the company — are delivered by an AI Agent teacher who does not follow a fixed program, but talks with participants, presents slides as a real person would and adapts pace, level and content to whoever is in front of it.

A teacher who listens, not one who transmits

The fundamental difference from a recorded course — or even a traditional webinar — is that TeraBrain's Agent teacher is an active interlocutor. It presents a slide, comments on it in language calibrated to the audience, then stops. It waits. It answers questions. If a participant says the concept is already clear, it moves on. If another asks to go deeper on a specific point, it stops there and develops it.

It is not a simulation of dialogue. It is a real dialogue, conducted in natural language, in Italian, with the ability to recognize the level of the person speaking — technical, manager, entrepreneur, compliance officer — and adapt the register accordingly. A board hears a different explanation from an IT manager, even if the content is the same.

The courses available today

TeraBrain has developed three complete training paths, each with a dedicated AI Agent teacher, structured slides and sessions designed to be followed in the classroom, remotely or independently.

  • AI Act Governance Program: three lessons (over 45 slides) on the regulatory framework, risk logic, high-impact cases and the responsibility of top management. Designed for management, compliance, HR, IT and control functions. The Agent teacher helps read the AI Act not as a bureaucratic obligation but as a governance architecture.
  • NIS2 Course — Cybersecurity for Board and Management: four executive modules (60 to 90 minutes each) on the NIS2 directive. Scope of application, board roles and responsibilities, technical measures in managerial language, notifications and proof of compliance. The Agent teacher uses the language of the board, not that of IT.
  • Operational AI Agents — Practical training: an introductory course on using AI Agents in the company, on the TeraBrain platform, on configuring agentic workflows and on internal governance. Ideal for those who want to start building their own agentic office without prior technical skills.
  • One-to-one AI Coaching: individual sessions with an Agent specialized in AI strategy, where the participant sets the goals and the path is built accordingly. Not a prepackaged course, but personalized support for adopting AI in a specific context.

How agentic teaching works

The Agent teacher opens the session, introduces itself, asks the group (or the individual) to briefly describe their background and what they expect from the course. It is not a formality: it is the phase in which the system builds the participant's profile and calibrates the session.

From that moment on, slides are presented one at a time. The Agent illustrates them with voice, explanations and concrete analogies. Each slide gets a lively comment, not a reading of the text. If the slide talks about 'high-risk AI systems', the Agent does not recite the definition — it gives an example from the listener's own sector.

  • You can interrupt at any time to ask a question, and the Agent answers before resuming
  • You can ask to skip a topic you already know: the Agent notes it and moves on to the next slide
  • You can ask to go back, to go deeper, to give a different example
  • You can change pace: slow down on a complex point, speed up on a part you already know
  • You can ask off-topic questions — the Agent handles them and then brings the focus back to the course
  • At the end of each module, the Agent offers a short recap and asks whether there are points to reopen

Learning assessment and certification

At the end of the path — or after individual modules — participants can receive a learning assessment questionnaire by email. The test is not standardized: it is generated dynamically based on the content actually covered during the session. If a module was explored in depth, the test reflects it. If a topic was skipped because the participant already knew it, it is not included.

This approach makes the assessment truly useful — not the same quiz for everyone, but a measure of what was learned in that specific session, by that specific person.

Why an Agent teacher is better than a recorded teacher

A training video is efficient but passive: the participant watches, does not interact. A human teacher is effective but expensive, not scalable and not available on demand. An AI Agent teacher combines the unlimited availability of digital with the dialogue ability of a human trainer.

It does not get tired. It is not in a hurry. It does not skip explanations because time is short. It does not judge someone who asks an 'elementary' question. It is available at 10 pm the evening before a board meeting. It can deliver the same session to 50 people simultaneously, in 50 different versions calibrated to 50 different levels.

For companies, this means being able to train heterogeneous teams — where starting skills are very different — without giving up teaching quality. Each person receives the right level, at the right time, at the pace they need.

A teacher who already knows you by the second session

One of the most interesting aspects of agentic teaching is memory. If a participant has already followed a module, the Agent teacher knows it. It knows which topics they explored, which they skipped, which questions they asked. At the next session, it does not start from zero: it starts where it left off, with references to what has already been covered and connections between different modules.

It is the difference between a course and a path. Not a series of independent lessons, but support that grows with the participant over time.

Book a demo session

The best way to understand how it works is to see it in action. TeraBrain offers free demo sessions — 30 minutes with the Agent teacher on a module of your choice — for company teams who want to evaluate the format before activating a complete path. It is also the chance to understand which course best fits your company's current moment: AI Act, NIS2, operational Agents or a combination of the three.

AI training should not be an obligation to tick off. It can be the first concrete experience of what it means to work with an AI Agent — and of how different it is from everything seen so far.
